What is a sound bath?

A guided, meditative experience that invites your mind and body to settle through sound, breath, and stillness.

Seven crystal singing bowls
Breathwork • Guided meditation

You're not coming to listen to a concert. You're coming to be immersed in sound.

Lexi uses a seven-piece crystal bowl set to create layers of tones and gentle vibrations. You'll usually rest on a yoga mat with any blankets or cushions you'd like, begin with a simple breathing exercise, and ease into a guided meditation before the sound bath unfolds.

No experience and no particular spiritual belief is needed. Simply arrive as you are and give yourself permission to rest.

Meet your guide

Hi, I'm Lexi.

A children's yoga teacher, sound-bath facilitator, and lifelong believer in the power of a well-timed deep breath.

I received my 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification in 2012. In 2017, just three weeks after having my first child, I was asked to teach a kids yoga class, something I had never done before. It went so well that children's stories began sparking yoga routines in my mind. I've been turning those ideas into playful, mindful experiences ever since.

When I'm not teaching, I love learning German, working on my handstands, baking cookies, and spending time with my husband and our two wonderfully unique children.

Good to know

Come comfortable.

Bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you rest comfortably, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. Sound baths require no physical exertion and can be enjoyed by most people.

If you have sound-triggered epilepsy, significant sound sensitivity, or a health concern that may be affected by sound or vibration, speak with your healthcare professional before participating.
